Ricky at Eliminate ‘Em was great. He came out quickly and took care of our yellowjacket issue. He was pleasant, thorough, and very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use his services again!

After leaving a message with the answering service on a Sunday we heard from the tech Dina with a 1/2 hour and she arrived within a 1/2 hour after that. Had a bird get in thru the chimney and Dina assured me even before going to the room we thought it was enclosed , that she would definitely trap it and release it. All went well and within 10 minutes on site, problem solved. I will keep this company on speed dial. Amazing!

Dina is fantastic. Always shows up on time and generally calls me to confirm the appointments because I am usually driving up from NY to be here for the appt. She is thoughtful and always tells me everything that I need to know. She has been coming here for quite some time now and I am grateful for that because when I first started with your business three people in a row quit without letting the office know I had an appt. Dina is the best, please don’t lose her.

Having a bat inside my house with the most terrifying situation ever! But the exterminator chris was absolutely amazing. He put my fears at rest immediately when he educated me about the bat population. He is the literal Batman. Chris was able to capture the bat within minutes of arriving. He was so thorough looking through my house to verify no other creatures have flown in. Highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond, and I was so grateful for their service! Plus Chris was a fun-gi 🍄

Dena was fantastic. She did a full, top-to-bottom inspection of the house and was incredibly thorough. She went into the attic, checked every area where there could be activity, and walked me through everything she was seeing in real time. It was honestly more detailed than the inspection I got when I bought the house. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reassuring throughout the process. Highly recommend.
