After contacting EBATC, I was able to get an inspection set up quickly even during the busy holiday season. Derick B showed up on time and respectfully wore shoe covers. He thoroughly inspected not just the affected area but the entire perimeter to be able to give an assessment. He walked us through his treatment proposal and the estimate. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and he followed up with the written quote afterwards.

EBAT was amazing to work with. Jason, the inspector, was responsive, arrived on time, friendly, informative, and professional. He diagnosed the danger areas, and explained all of the options for treatment. He provided a clear quote/estimate, and we were able to contact him directly if we had questions. When the treatment techs arrived, they were professional, on time, worked very clean and organized, and very quietly. We have a skittish cat who barely noticed they were there. They vacuumed any debris, and wore shoe covers when entering our home (we are a shoe-less household). Amazing service, quality work, and reasonable rates. Thank you!

What an honest and awesome company. My handyman said he thought he noticed termite damage at my house. I called elite Termite and they came out FOR FREE next day. They proceeded to assure me there was no recent activity and noticed I already had a treatment and told me I was good to go for many more years. They would not even accept a tip. They could have easily told me I needed service, or charged me for the wasted time. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for your hard hard, responsiveness and honesty!

I requested Derick Bayot to come out regarding carpenter ants. He gave a very cost-effective suggestion to get the situation under control. He also knows about other types of pest control. He was exactly on time and very knowledgeable!

The short version: Professional and friendly customer service, free whole house (attic, craw space) inspection if you have signs of termites, honest recommendations (no scare tactics, didn’t upsell), competitive pricing/warranty, prompt appointments with lead time calls, thorough and attentive work. The long version: after getting several other highly reviewed termite companies to inspect a rental property (the tenant saw some ‘push outs’), we were still on the fence for whole house fumigation or local treatment and a friend recommended I contact Elite. I am soooo grateful! Elite was able to accommodate the tenant’s schedule and Jesse came out within a few day for the 1.5hr inspection. He assured us that the extent of infestation doesn’t warrant a fumigation while several of the other companies spent only 20-30min and immediately suggested fumigation based on the age of the house. Received the written estimate emailed the same night and Jesse even called the next day (being July 4th) to make sure we received the report and if we had questions. I’m already impressed. The price was initially higher than the competition but Elite was willing to work with us on that (which we appreciate). We had the work done last week and the techs (Roberto and Armando) alerted me when they were on their way, very punctual; carefully covered the hardwood floors with plastic before they worked (thank you), took their time and cleaned up the old termite droppings (thoroughly vacuumed) to not be confused with any new activities in the future. The techs said they used to work for the larger companies that would limit their time and dilute the chemicals more than recommended to be effective; but not Elite. Elite gives them what is needed to not cut corners and get the job done right. Do your due diligence and compare, but definitely talk to Elite if you have a termite issue. Good luck
