Customer service is absolutely amazing. I always get reminders from the office. Our exterminator Brad is amazing. He is always on time and does a fantastic job with our home, and is exceptionally friendly. All around really great job!

Very professional operation! Debbie is very kind, and great with communication. She always provides a time window of when the technician will arrive. The technician always calls with a more accurate ETA on the day of your scheduled application. Once they arrive they’re extremely professional and always go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a company that puts the customer first, look no further!

We have been using Elite since a little bit over a year now. This is the first time that we had Brad coming out and omg he is so thorough! I am so impressed with his work and dedication to getting the job done properly. We‘ll now always request Brad. He is also very friendly and explains step by step what he’s doing where.
