Have used Elite Ops multiple times both in our home and rental properties. They are efficient, thorough and very responsive. Eliminated our issues after one treatment. We also have a child and a pet so it’s a relief that they use less-toxic products! 100% recommend.

Working with Jonny Adelhardt has been wonderful. He is punctual, communicative and very responsive to help with the nightmare of families of rodents living in my backyard. These guys are so good. I lived in my building 30 + years, and although I personality haven’t had issues in the different units, the trash room was scary at times. But since we have had Elite Ops the last few years.. so much better.
