The team at Elite were all exceptional. We were treated more like family than customers. Brad was courteous and professional. He was quick to respond and thorough with his explanation. I can't say enough to describe this great company. I highly recommend them.

While nobody wants to spend extra money on pest control.....it's nice to know when you do....that you have a company with employees that knows their job and does it well. That was our first experience with Elite Pest control. Sam was our technician. He arrived on time and removed a yellow jacket nest and treated inside and out...within an hour! I saw some wood on my deck that looked compromised. I thought it might be Termites. Sam was absolutely Amazing when he came to inspect. Turns out it was just rotten wood due to dampness before I got my new gutters a few months ago. He explained Everything as he was doing the inspection. I would definitely use them in the future if I suspect anything else. Kudos to this Company! Highly Recommend!!!

Marty was friendly, punctual & took the time to listen to our concerns. He was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing & what we could expect going forward. This company was referred to us by our next door neighbor, who gave them rave reviews.

We called Elite Pest Control late morning/ early afternoon on 10/1/25 and they were out the same day within a few hours. Jessica was very professional and very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Brad let us know when he was on his way, and once he got here he was very thorough in his inspection of the problem and the house inside and out. He took care of the wasp issue. Brad was very professional, friendly, and he answered any questions we had. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will refer them to all of our friends.

When Sean was no longer my technician I was a bit worried because he was so kind and respectful of our home. But, we now have Sam and love him just as much! He is friendly to our obnoxious dogs, gives great information and is very thorough. He is respectful of our home and went over everything with me before he left.
