Our house was INFESTED with rats. They had basically taken over the kitchen and were roaming free and undisturbed. I called Elite and, within a few hours, a technician was on-site with pro traps, bait, and poison. That night we caught two huge rats in the traps, and over the next three days we caught five more. Rat massacre. Rats are smart animals, so the fact that we caught them so easily is a testament to the quality of the attractant product Elite uses (not peanut butter; this is the pro stuff and the rats could not resist it). Also, they bring the large traps that are not available at Walmart, etc. very effective and humane (instant death). Single visit rates are reasonable, and they offer a “lifetime service” option as well. Highly recommended from home owner in NW DC.

This company is amazing. They’re prompt and the biggest thing is that THEY COMMUNICATE. Their tech came out and was very attentive to the house. I had ants, like a lot of ants and they got rid of them. Very professional and the tech explained the behaviors of pests and precautionary measures. Well worth the money, which is easily affordable. Second year using these guys and I can’t recommend enough. Great job guys!

I can’t recommend Anthony and his team enough. When we noticed a mouse issue in our home first we called one of the major pest control companies and they quoted us thousands of dollars and told us we had to replace all of our insulation in the attic because, according to this well known major pest control brand, we had a mouse colony in our attic. This felt like a pressure tactic because we have a newborn son and wanted to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We decided to call Anthony and he was able to get a technician over to our house the next day, they were prompt, polite and very informative. Needless to say it was an excellent experience and completely different from the pressure/scare tactics that the big company used. We will use Elite Pest Control every time because of their excellent service.

Sent a text to owner Anthony who got back to me quickly and had a guy at my place the next day. It was mid summer and I called four other pest controls before Elite and it was either 3x the cost or it was 3x the cost and they couldn’t come for days. I had a bee hive developing under my back door, Anthony’s guy was super thorough and took the time to do it right and the problem thus far has been solved in just one visit. Will def use them again !

Elite is easy to text and their services are very conclusive. It’s nice knowing they’ll come back each week to check traps and fill in new holes.

I reached out to Elite Pest Control late on a Saturday afternoon to try and get a same day inspection for mice. (I had caught a mouse the day before.) Unfortunately they couldn't fit me in immediately. They put me on the schedule for the following Monday. The technician arrived first thing Monday morning. He was extremely professional and explained everything he would do and what he'd be looking for during the inspection. The technician found and sealed all of the potential mouse entry points into the house. Elite followed up a few days later to make sure I wasn't having any issues. I'd definitely recommend Elite Pest Control to anyone that needs pest control services.
