We had an agreement that if you couldn’t find the monitors you would ask and not dig extra holes. The lid on one monitor wasn’t on correctly. At least 3 monitors looked untouched. One of the new ones you dug a hole for was only a few feet away from the actual monitor. You were looking in the wrong place. I’ve been a customer for 30 years and I expect better, especially when we’ve discussed these issues before.

You were suppose to let us know to talk about the termite bait stations we removed, plus I don’t think you inspected them all. There are 16 stations, numbered from 0-15, and 3 have been removed. Please reschedule as some did not get checked as they were not opened!

Everyone I talked to from in the office to the techs who came out, everybody was super nice and knowledgeable. We had squirrels in our attic and they installed metal flashing and a one way door. Not even 24hrs after it was installed two had left and were loitering around my rooftop and yard bc they couldn't get back in. I've never been so happy to see an animal hanging out on my roof! I wish we had done it sooner! So far two have come out our attic, one more to go!
