KJ came out to my home today to exterminator a large yellow jackets nest between the brick and siding of my home after numerous attempts myself. He took care of it within 15 minutes - Fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

so my daughter and son in law have cats, sometimes they get out and that happened, one brought home some unexpected guests! Fleas !! So I call Elite pest management and a VERY nice, polite and Informative young man named "Ryan" came out and walked me through everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. Ryan explained everything I need to do and I mean everything from cloths, toys, stuffed animals, furniture, bedding the whole 10 yards ! He wasn't in a hurry and made sure he got everything! After dealing with Orkin since April, I thought my wasp problem would never be resolved. I got a recommendation from a family member to try out these guys. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Not only did Elite Pest Management actually address the nesting problem, they worked with me and listened to me. Never once did they try to intimidate me or make me feel like my problems could not be solved. I am happy i found a company local to me that treats their customers with respect. Orkin took 4 months and 9 trips without solving the problem at all. Elite Pest Management took 1 day, 1 trip, and the activity has ceased. Solving my biggest worries and problems. With living in a 3rd floor apartment, being by a highly wooded area, very close to the water, AND having pets, there's always something that can be an issue regarding pests. Ken was so kind and attentive when he came to treat for not only ticks, but bees and spiders as well! He explained the treatments thoroughly and was patient as he answered all of my questions. Once he sprayed, the pests were virtually gone in a couple of days! This really put my mind at ease and made living much more comfortable. Every year, I know exactly who to call whenever I need the bugs to be gone! I can't thank Ken and Elite Pest Management enough for how great they have been!

I can’t be any more happy with this company. I called at 12:04 and John was at my place in less than 15 minutes to treat a Yellowjacket nest. Friendly, informative and quick. Got rid of the yellowjackets. Will tell everyone about these guys!

Brook took my call and was kind and helpful with answering my questions and setting up my appointment. Ken, the tech, was fabulous! He was kind and honest about my rodent problem! He even listened with care and understanding about my fear of mice. He fully explained the extermination process and shared what he found with the inspection. He answered my additional pest questions, and again, was very honest. He never once tried to upsell me or sell something I didn’t need. I will definitely use them again in the future and will tell my friends and family to use this company, too!
