Called needing help, came on time, explained what was being looked for . Said he would return with help shared a number of business card to hand out to neighbours to arrange authorization to inspect the 5 other property owners involved. Came back with helper to inspect other properties , found an additional entrance and spoke to owner about next steps.

Fantastic company! Service is amazing, responsiveness is so quick, and they are extremely effective. We originally used elite pest control for bat removal. They provided education around wildlife conservation as this is a protected species, and they removed the bats and provided a full guarantee on their work. We used them again for Mouse extermination. They came same day, and we haven’t seen a mouse since. I can’t recommend this company yet

They are great. The tech (Dale) arrived in a timely manner. We explained our issue. He enlightened us with some new knowledge about the issue, explained the process. He was very conscious of my dogs and when and how to expose them to treated areas. They are cheaper than the competition and did a great job for us. Highly recommend.
