I called EMBO in a panic because we had a potential bed bug in our workplace. The person I spoke with, Mike, was very helpful. He told me I could text him an image and he would respond within the next ten minutes. True to his word he got back to me and was calm and clear in his communication. Upon confirmation that it was in fact a bed bug he began to ask very thorough assessment questions and walked me and my coworkers through our next steps. Even though ultimately his recommendations meant we would not require his services, I really appreciate how honest and forthright he was. I would highly recommend working with this company for any pest control needs you might have.

They explained the infestation issue clearly and treatment options and have answered all questions before and after with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I called a few places for a possible ant problem in my home. I’m a new home owner and I got no clue other then asking google or friends. All the other places I called wanted to come in and charge me right away. But when Mike answered my call he asked me questions and asked me to monitor the situation to be sure it is carpenters ants so he does not treat my house if it’s not needed.
