Dan came to do the Fall Fertilizer Application. He was so efficient, as well as careful, as he used his applicator vehicle (I'm not sure of its name) to spread the fertilizer around the property. No problems whatsoever, and when finished, left the details/invoice at my front door. Thank you, Emerald Acres, for Dan's great work.

Wesley arrived in the morning which worked great for me. He walked around the yard with me and explained what he was going to do and was very confident that the aeration would be of great help. From what I can see, he did a thorough job and I have no complaints. Thanks!

I have been a customer for many years and this company consistently delivers high quality service. They always alert me of pending service, give me options to reschedule if necessary, and return to address any concern I may have. If only every service company was a reliable my household management would be must easier! Highly recommend!

BEWARE. This business seems to be failing. It may be an issue with ownership not being present for the summer - perhaps due to an accident. Office customer service has been terrible all summer and fall. Like the other reviews here, we’ve had the same issues. Application of product killed the lawn in MANY areas. I’ve posted photos for reference. All summer long they were slow to communicate and many times completely unresponsive. I had to chase them down via email and phone and when I finally got through to somebody they were often unpleasant. I was offered a refund for two fertilizer applications that burned my lawn down to the dirt - and a correction/ seeding in the fall. It’s November and I still don’t have the checks. The reseeding didn’t take. The lawn is still burned to the dirt in several spots. They finally just replied that they’re sending me a refund for one, not both applications as originally promised - and doing no more repairs to the lawn. They don’t keep their word, and are unreliable. We have used them for years. This will be the last one.

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. I have used them for my lawn for several years. Every time they come, the lawn gets mildly fried. I have dealt with it because I have been too busy to switch and the lawn usually comes back within a couple of weeks. This year was worse than ever. The lawn looked gorgeous before they came and they totally killed it. I called and emailed multiple times and it took a week for someone to come look at it. They didn’t bother to even ring the bell to talk to me and left a note that they would take care of it within the next couple of weeks. They never came. Needless to say, we’re done with them. See the before and after pictures (I only have a couple of “before” because I had not planned on my lawn service people to destroy my lawn)
