Every time workers are at my house they follow what was discussed with Kevin, but they also cut and trim shrubs and trees which were not supposed to be cut. Unless I am watching them at all times, this always happens. Sometimes it is of no real consequence, but sometimes it is upsetting the look of the yard, and it takes two to three years to fill in. They also step on other plantings, so the work has to be done during the winter.
