I got a prompt call back and they were able to come by the next day. Simon is the man - friendly, no bullshit, funny and gets the job done fast. Bonus - he was also kind to our cat, and answered all my questions about making sure the spray wasn’t harmful for cats. Hopefully we won’t need Empire Pest in the future, but if we do, Empire will be our first call
