UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! They have charged my account multiple times without authorization! They say after they spray you will see more bugs…Uhh yeah! Their product ATTRACTS BUGS and kills some of them, so you are left picking up dead bugs that weren’t a problem before. They threaten a cancellation fee of over $350 they will take out without your knowledge or consent. I’ve NEVER in my life had MORE bugs than I do now and they do not refund, customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!

This was our first time using EnviroGuard and our experience with them from setting up the account, to scheduling, to our service call was seamless. Patrick was our technician, he was very professional, knowledgeable and even got up on our trampoline so he could reach the top portion of the trees. So far I am very pleased and look forward to a long future with EnviroGuard.

We have been with Enviroguard for 2 years now and have been happy with their service, professionalism, and customer service. Today Aaron was our tech and he was very helpful with explaining what he was going to do, what he was doing as he went along, and how insects and spider’s ecosystems work and why we have certain insects/spiders that may enter a home and how he was going to protect the barrier of our house. This may not be what most people find interesting, but I really appreciated the information. We had a lizard who got caught in a sticky trap in our garage, Aaron helped to humanely release him—it’s one major reason we chose Enviroguard-we don’t want harmful bugs but we care about creatures, especially those who help keep the bugs away.
