    DaMon Blake took care of an extremely large yellow jacket (wasp) nest. The nest was in an awkward position and they had actually tunneled their way into the house via the mortar between the bricks. Mr. Blake kept me informed throughout the process - contacted me prior to arrival, evaluated the situation before taking action, explained precisely what he did and what was going on with the nest afterwards. He told me that there could be some activity at the nest for a short time but that they were continuing to contact the poison; all activity should cease within 3 to 4 days and to contact them should this not happen. That night, we found yellow jackets within the living quarters of the house. They were clearly affected by the poisons but I freaked that they had broke through into the house. Mr. Blake returned in 2 days and carefully checked what had seemed to be an entry point (it wasn't). By this time, as he had said on his initial visit, there was no more wasp activity. He took added precaution and sealed up the nest opening. Mr. Blake was knowledgeable and professional about his job. He took my concerns seriously and made me feel that he was being thorough. He even displayed some excitement when he spotted the queen outside the nest. I was/am confident in his work and it was good to see someone enjoy his job. Although I hope to never have outside critters inside my home again, I would definitely call them for help should the situation arise. Thank you for the relief and peace of mind.

    I was asked to leave a “positive” review. I will share my experience which is not positive. I had moles in my yard in the spring and purchased a 9 month mole removal package. Moles were gone after 2 months and all summer! It is now month 7 (Fall). The monthly service I witnessed for month 7 included only 5 minutes of someone sprinkling dust/chemical around 1/10th of my yard that originally had the moles. I have not been watching the technicians each month, as they often come when I am not home, however I did observe month 7 treatment. I was disappointed to observe that the treatment did not appear to cover the originally affected area and only took 5 minutes! After calling customer service, they indicated that the monthly service I pay for is only applied if the technician sees visible signs of moles, and ONLY in the areas they visibly observe moles (not the 50 feet from the house that I originally paid for and continue to pay for each month.) So, I have been watering my yard every month after the supposed “treatments” when they weren’t even treating my yard. I assumed a monthly fee of over 1 hundred dollars would provide an actual service - apparently not. The monthly fee is for someone to pull up to your driveway, look around for 1 minute or so, and stick a post-it note to your door indicating “you’ve received your monthly service”. Which to me means please water your yard within 24 hours even though we didn’t do anything that would require you to spend time watering your yard. Customer service was not apologetic and spoke as if this was their normal course of business, which is bizarre to me as a consumer.

    Great experience overall. Making the appointment was easy, the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and able to answer questions. The technician who showed up was thorough, helped resolve my issue. He was nice and friendly.

    We were having a problem with yellow jackets. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment. Brandon came out just as scheduled. He was very professional, answered our many questions. This is a day later and we don’t see any more yellow jackets. Great service. Highly recommend environmental pest environmental pest control.

    Kenneth has such a beautiful spirit and exudes so much compassion and empathy. He came out to do an initial inspection because there’s a HUGE rat under my kitchen sink. He listened to me languish on and on so I could give him some history of past rodent problems which were minor little field mice and that was easily solvable on my own. But Willard and I are not friends. I don’t want a new roommate, and I don’t need him/her/they do not sublet my under sink to all its little friends. Anyway, Kenneth is super knowledgeable and shared insights on various scenarios that could play out and Environmental’s options for remediation and ongoing monitoring. Besides not wanting a new roomie, Kenneth closed the deal and I signed up for external sealing of holes, placement of rat traps, and quarterly check ups. Kenneth is my new best friend, and he doesn’t even know it. 🤗 The pictures are the teeth marks on the drywall it chewed out, and its footprints that are approximately the size of a quarter. Dear sweet 7 lb 6 oz Baby Jesus! Fix it! 😭 Note: The initial inspection is free so I paid $0.

    Kenneth told me everything I needed to know about how our appointment would happen and answered all of my questions from process to pricing. He was also very accommodating and let my 3 year old tell him all about her pumpkin. It was a very pleasant experience.

    He did a fine job treating our property. I ask, though, that in future, no service paperwork gets taped to my front door when I’m not home. I always read & retain the emailed explanations of service provided as well as the texts alerting me to the imminent appointment.

    Da’Mon was polite, efficient and professional. We discussed the installation of termite bait stations, and he performed the service quickly. We then walked the yard to review location of the bait stations. Greatly appreciate his polite, professional manner
