Lonny came and spayed our house for spiders and was super thorough and efficient! He even asked me where needed focus and where not to spray. Highly recommend!

James was great! He answered all my questions and did a great job spraying my house inside and out. I am very happy with the service and the results. So glad I signed up for monthly service, I no longer have to worry about spiders and scorpions in my house!

Jeramy did an excellent job! He does a lot of the little things like cleaning the webs/bugs from the soffit and focusing on our trouble spots and pest types. Very friendly and super professional. His kind of great service is why we love Environmental Pest Control and will never return to those "National Chains" again.

We had our included one month after follow up service with Environmental Pest Control on 04 Sep 25. our Technician was Jeramy Eidson, I had asked him for his full name because I believe in giving credit when crdedit is due and I have no problem in taking time writing a review when it is earned. Jeramy contacted us prior to his arrival, which communication is key. when he arrived he greeted us with a very positive attitude and was very energetic. He asked if there was any specific pest that I had observed, yes a couple spiders indoors and outside since the initial spray. He explained in detail what he was going to do to eliminate the issue. He immediately got to work and wow, was he very detailed oriented in targeting specific and major areas. When he sprayed the inside of the house, he actually spayed not only the baseboards but up each corner of the walls and ceilings. I had pulled everything from the walls so he could quickly but, efficienlty spray as much area as possible. On the exterior he spread granules, around the house, applied powder on the walls, powder dusted corners, around the door frames windows, etc... We were really happy that we had Jeramy as our Technician and he definitely represented Environmental Pest Control with a standard of professionalism and quality of service. The intial service was good but was in no way as detailed as Jeramy's was. The initial service in the interior was baseboard spray only and the exterior was liquid spray only. Not sure if this is the normal routine with the dual service offered. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to include the lady at the office who was very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable of the services they provided. I would strongly recommend Environtmental Pest Control to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

The EPC Shane Boyer was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the products he was spreading. He explained the safety of the products and how long needed to wait before letting my pets back into the area. I had furniture pulled away from the walls which made it easier and faster. He treated both the inside and outside areas of the house. Very professional organization.

A man came out yesterday, I believe his name was Austin? If im wrong, im sorry! Lol ... anyhow... BAD infestation... BAD... we didnt do the flush or whatever yet but instead of just leaving, he did a good spray and this morning? First time I didnt see ANY hen I walked in the kitchen. He's coming back to do the other but yall... this is THE best company ive dealt with... professionals with great 'tudes... definitely recommend!
