Very happy with the home inspection from Bryce at Environmental Pest Control. He took the time to listen, walk through the house with me, and explain what he saw — including the difference between professional treatments and what I could safely try myself. No pressure, no sales pitch. Even though I wasn’t paying for a service that day, he treated the visit with genuine care and respect. From the initial phone call to Bryce’s professionalism, I was reminded me of a time when customers and professionals worked hand in hand instead of prey vs predator. You don’t see that kind of honesty and kindness often. Bryce earned my trust, and we’ll definitely call EPC for any future needs. And to be candid, Contact EPC first before calling the “Big T”.

I had a wasp nest in a difficult-to-reach spot on my second-floor roof, and at times wasps were even finding their way into the house. Environmental Pest Control handled the issue thoroughly and followed up several times, completely free of additional costs as a program member, to make sure the problem was fully resolved. Their technicians were professional, accommodating, and respectful throughout the process. Exactly the kind of experience you hope for when working with a service company. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Environmental Pest Control. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. We had ant issues in our bathroom for years. Tried fixing it on our own, then tried other companies but still had ants. Since we started using Environmental Pest a year ago we’ve been ant free!! Their mosquito treatment is also wonderful. We can actually use our yard in the summer. Highly recommend these guys.

The technician (Bryce A.) provided excellent service from start to finish. He notified me when he was on his way with an ETA, which I appreciated. After the visit, he quickly followed up via email with agreement along with clear recommendations. I had follow up questions, and he even took the time to respond via text, offering helpful clarification about the recommendations. Great communication and professionalism throughout.

October 3rd review: I had moles in my yard in the spring and purchased a 9 month mole removal package. Moles were seemingly gone after 2 months up until month 7 (October). The $109 monthly service for October included less than 5 minutes of someone sprinkling a small amount of mole/vole scram around 1/10th of my yard that originally had the moles. I have not been watching the technicians each month, as they often come when I am not home, however I did observe month 7 treatment. I was disappointed to see that the treatment did not cover the affected area and only took 5 minutes! I believe the lack of full treatment is why the moles are back, and the technician didn’t mention anything at all. I discovered multiple mole mounds when watering the lawn 2 hours after the technician left. The yard where the technician actually did walk on had soft lumps that were clearly mole tunnels. I do not think the technician took this into consideration and did not properly treat my yard based on the amount of activity. It took 3 weeks to schedule a “warranty service” to address the issue, and further damage was done to my entire yard during this waiting period. Also noteworthy, I was informed by customer service that the technicians only treat areas where they see activity in their monthly appointments. So I have been wasting 2 hours watering my entire lawn after the supposed treatments for ~7 months! Apparently they show up, and if they don’t observe any mole/vole activity, they do not treat your yard at all. October 21 review: I received an additional warranty service for my 9-month mole extermination plan (3 weeks after identifying the issue) and it appears my entire yard was treated during this service so I am happy with that. The yard was watered according to the requirements. October 29 review: The mole activity is now higher than I’ve ever seen it, even more than when I originally had a mole problem 8 months ago. Clearly the treatments are not working and my grass, trees, bushes, etc continue to suffer damage. The appearance of my yard and garden beds declines every day with the increase in mole activity. I am very disappointed with this company the past 3 months.

Damon was our technician for a yellow jackets extermination and removal. He arrived within the agreed upon window and was very professional and personable. He completed his task in a timely manner and explained each step as he went along. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism. Though I hope to not need the services again, if I do I would definitely request Damon again.

Super easy and quick to schedule. Bryce arrived on time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our mice problem. He walked time through the whole process and was very nice to talk to. Highly recommend!

Chris K has provided us service several times and is always outstanding. In a single visit, he eliminated a yellow jacket issue that others in his company hadn’t made a dent in after several tries. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. What sets him apart is always going the extra mile to make sure the job is done well.
