Hi! So I had Alex E out yesterday October 3rd 2025 to treat my place. I loved his service! He went above and beyond what I could have expected from him. He was very thorough and a very nice and explained everything to me, of course I had a bunch of questions and he had no problem answering them and did not get mad at all my questions. Very professional and agains, so nice I couldn’t speak better things about him. I am really glad he doesn’t want to treat my place. Nathaniel is always amazing! I know when he shows up to my property I have no worries. You can tell by the care in his job they he loves what he does! He make sure my residents understand how to prepare for treatment and the next steps they should take to keep their homes bug free. He is very patient and thorough. Even though they have reports to fill out. He still takes his time to talk with me in person about his recommendations for treatment. He is simply amazing 👏🏽.

Nate was the pest control worker who sprayed my apartment and the guy was awesome, friendly, and cared not just about managing the pest, but cared about making sure my dog was good as well. Nathaniel, was my pest control operator today? He was very polite wonderful. He explained to me what I should be doing. Also, he was the first one ever to let me know that the chemicals were too potent for me or the dog to be in the property. I truly appreciate that from him. Because in this type of situation, I've never came in contact with cockroaches. And so I don't know what to do. You know, Google sometimes gives you the wrong information. When you search things, but thanks to Nathaniel, you explain to me what I should be doing. What I should not be doing. And there was water underneath my bathroom sink, and he said, let the office know.
