This place is suppose to be a pest control company. What a joke. They wouldn’t spray for wasps. They say it’s against federal law. However last year they sprayed for wasps. So which is it. Is it against federal law or not, By the way it is not against federal law to kill wasps. The only thing when killing Wasps you have to use approved pesticides to kill wasps. They are a pest company they should have these approved pesticides. They are lazy and do a half assed job. You have to watch them like a hawk to make sure you get what you’re paying for. Which by the way is very expensive and overpriced. They came by our home and said they treated the exterior when no one was home. I called them and told them they had not. We have cameras. The cameras show them showing up at the front door. Then leaving five minutes later. They didn’t do anything. Called them to come back and do the job right including the inside. They came back and wanted to argue about doing the outside. They finally did both after arguing with them. We have never had the same technician twice. Their turn over rate is very high. They can’t keep employees what does that tell you. We have had them for over five years it is a constant battle to get them to do the job right. We are fed up, we are dropping this piss poor company. All they want is your money and not to do their job.

They are so nice in the beginning. You spend $ 20, 000 dollars, yes $20,000 and then they blow you off and forget about you, !!!!! I’m so disappointed!!

This is our first time using a pest control service. The sales representative Jacob was very informative and explained everything to us. Our service person Danny was awesome and explained everything she was doing. Danny did a great job and took her time doing it to make sure she didn't miss anything. Awesome company so glad we decided to have this service with them!

I am making an amendment to my initial review based on the most recent experience. We had been using Evergreen for the past 2 years and were on a quarterly service schedule with auto-pay. We did not have any issues with the service except for one instance where we requested an interior service for spiders in which we were told it wasn't necessary. The issue we have is that the service stopped abruptly without notice and my account appears to have been deleted. I have also left messages to discuss this matter without a return call. Although the service was acceptable, the communication is not, at least for our expectations. I felt we had a good relationship with Evergreen, but must now look for other service. ‐---‐---------‐‐--‐------------------------------------------------------------ This was our second service with Evergreen and so far have been very pleased. Brinton was very friendly and professional. His service is thorough and efficient. We like the frequency of the service with the added option to request a re-visit or interior treatment whenever necessary.

Evergreen has been awesome! They come on time always unless there is crazy snow of course but this is Colorado so it happens. Caleb came by my house yesterday to spray a treatment and was very professional and just a really nice guy too. Everyone I have dealt with has been great so far, plus they will come out in-between scheduled times to respray for free! That was helpful in fall and spring time. I have not regretted getting their services and its been 1 year.
