    Don’t waste your money. We got no-shows, unqualified techs, and a useless monitoring system. The service was disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish.

    We never saw anyone come after we signed contract. The mosquito service was good but I had to call every time for a spray. When contract ended they continued to charge me Was told I would get refund but never did. Had to open dispute with my card toget refund. Would not recommend this company.

    I had an appointment today to get treatment for pincher bugs, my window was 12pm-5pm, and no one ever showed up or even contacted me. It took me calling 3 times and sitting on hold for 15 minutes to get in contact with a live person. I was then told "so sorry, the service department will call you back during business hours". If you value your time and money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not reliable and seemingly have terrible customer service.

    Pest services themselves were not bad but getting a hold of anyone to schedule warranty service after pests had returned was AWFUL! When we moved we had to cancel our service and move addresses and continued to be charged for the old address for nearly two years. I recently just cancelled service at my current home and they charged my card a day after I cancelled. I called customer service and was treated HORRIBLY by the agent over the phone. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go elsewhere.

    We are incredibly upset with the money we’ve spent with this company and do NOT recommend spending your hard earned money here for them to waste it. Nobody showed for the first scheduled appointment. Carl called after that to reschedule the remaining visits - he scheduled VERY specific times (ex: 3:10pm, 4:30pm, 8:30am) and we didn’t learn until we called into the office when nobody showed at those times that Enviropest actually schedules 5 hour time blocks. Which is fine, but this just wasn’t what we were told initially. We had 2 techs (Byron and Jillian) come out and tell me they’re too large to service the attic and/or the utility rooms where we had captures. We were charged for both of those services even though they weren’t serviced. It took 3 visits for someone to remember to bring out the smart monitoring system but we never received a credit for the missed time. Sean kept telling my tenant how much he hated his job. Jeremiah has been the only tech that has done an amazing job. We are confused by the monitoring system because we have caught mice in the attic where the system is placed, but we have never been told that the system had any alerts on it - this seems to just be a money grab. I sent this same complaint to 2 people and was ignored both times after they read it.
