Shamar provided excellent customer service, starting with arriving at our home the same day we called for pest control for hornets. He was courteous, professional, and provided us with information we needed to know going forward for appropriate continuing treatment for bug control. Thank you Shamar. This was my first experience with EnviroPest. Wayne was on time and arrived in an unmarked vehicle as advertised. Wayne was very thorough in asking questions about rodent activity and trying to locate all entry points. Detailed followup instructions were given to me at the end of my visit. I was impressed by the length of time taken for the first appointment. I look forward to seeing reduced rodent activity within my home.

Mike A. (Contacted through Oswego, NY location) was our technician. He was great! He informed us of arrival time and was punctual, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first experience with this company and results will have to wait until Spring. Our seasonal camper is in outside storage off season so we had it treated for rodents after they left us some ‘surprises’ last Spring. Otherwise, pleased with services offered and how they were provided. I hope this company continues to support and encourage technicians like Mike!

This is my 2nd rather urgent service request since I purchased their annual plan, and so far, I couldn't be happier. Wayne communicated with me via text since I was at work, and detailed what he saw/did while checking for hornets/wasps around my home. I have had an issue in the past, and saw a couple of new ones (and panicked because I am allergic). Although he did not find a nest, or any "hanging around", he still treated my property. When I said I hoped I hadn't wasted his time, he assured me it was not a problem and that the priority was to keep me safe. He probably has no idea how comforting that was to me! These guys are top notch, thorough, professional and provide amazing customer service. I can't recommend them enough! (Thank you, Wayne!)

Wayne did a great job, just like last time. Very professional, kind, and pleasant to talk to. However, scheduling the appointment with your customer service was horrible. I never got a phone call back and they were rude! I finally contacted Wayne directly and he got it schedule for the time and day I needed. 5 stats for Wayne 's customer service.

He took the time to address every area that I was having problems with and took the time to talk to me and reassure me that he would be diligent until the problem was solved. They got rid of my carpenter ants in one visit and after paying for their yearly service they’ve treated and inspected my house numerous times. I’ve had no problems since. I saw a mouse in my home and immediately called. Jordan came out the same day, and was able to answer any questions. He did a thorough inspection and was friendly and very helpful. I signed up for the annual plan so we can be protected year round!

Jordan and Wayne are amazing. Id give them both 5 stars. Customer service sucks. They always say "someone will call u back" but I have never received any call back. If it wasnt for being able to make my own appointments I'd never be able to get one booked. Fix phone customer service n this would be an amazing business.

Very professional and understanding with a couple reschedules. Very pleasant tech that came to the property both times. Overall an easy company to communicate with, which is saying a lot with all the companies you can’t even get on the phone these days.

Alonso was prompt and courteous. He also didn’t mind my active puppy greeting him when he arrived! He was quick and thorough and put my mind at ease about spraying for bees and spiders without using harsh chemicals that could negatively impact me or my pet. Thank you, Alonso!
