I ordered a hose reel from this company that they said was in stock 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped out yet. Its ridiculous and it doesn't make sense. Horrible customer service, they just keep making stupid excuses instead of being honest and solving the problem at this point its hurt my business and I feel they should compensate me in some way

Terrible company to deal with. My order was marked as shipped, 2 weeks later I find out it was on backorder. I canceled the order, they confirmed it was canceled, 5 days later I inquired about my refund, now they say it was shipped. Still haven't received it. Simply an awful experience.

As a retired Service Manager for the 2 biggest nationwide Pest Control companies I can honestly say the products they sell are the exact same products we use in the field. With a little reading and research along with expert advice from their knowledgeable staff you should be able to tackle any pest problems you might have. Great place to do business with! I do!

Considering I never purchased anything from this fine company, and never actually reviewed it, I have no idea why I would have given it a 1 star. So I guess it was the equivalence of the proverbial butt dial. So here is 5 Stars to see if you will mark it as spam as well.

First time calling. Terrible customer service. The overseas call center rep picked up but would not respond to me saying "hello" three times, but I could hear him breathing. I then told him I could hear him breathing. Instead of answering, he muted me, then dropped the call. Thanks for letting me know how service will be, and why I won't order from you. Overseas call centers are the worst. They don't care about your customers, drop calls, and lie. Dear Ron Dawson - President In response to your response. Thank you for validating my purchase with your competitor. Your response makes me realize I made the right choice. I called on 2/27 at PST 2:23pm. It would have been 4:23pm your time, after you close - 4PM CT. Does your business switch to an overseas call center after 4pm? I called the manufacturer of the Green Way product, they gave me your company to call since they don't sell direct. I called and that was my experience. I even called back only to speak with another overseas rep - a female - with an Asian accent - Philippine I think, who eventually confessed she was in a call center and not in the US. SO - I called twice. I didn't like the experience, so I called the other company the manufacturer recommended and ordered with them. The American rep knew the product very well (most overseas call centers don't know products so I didn't think your rep would have been able answer my specific questions about use of the product, let alone the poor service from the first call. In general, overseas call centers suck). So, unless you have a competitor with the same name, and uses an overseas customer service company, this was my experience with your company. I posted right after my call, so everyone would know the time and date I called. This is not spam. It's sad you didn't research this rather than accuse of spam. A good company owner would reach out and ask for more details, and fix the problem - not use the excuse of spam. Attached is the product I purchased from your competitor as verification of what I purchased that day with your competitor.
