My technician John Paul was also great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing at every step and made sure I knew what to expect. John Paul and Gary were absolute pros and so efficiently made sure there were no additional entry points in my apartment for mice. They pulled out appliances and even made my dishwasher sit more evenly than it ever has before! You get so much for what you pay, and everyone I’ve interacted with at this company is just a pleasure!
