After being a customer for the last 12 years, this was the first occasion that technician Dalton serviced our property. He was on time, professional, polite and briefed me on his observations during his service. We had pest issues open our property. Excellent job, Dalton!

My tech Lloyd is always wonderful. He always asks if I have any issues that he needs to address. One more than one occasion he has told me about an issue he observed such as numerous ant hills that would affect my animals. He even observed a sign of termite activity and referred me for follow up service with termite person to investigate. Appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy that I get every time.

Technician texted me when he was on his way. We texted about what was needed. He did the job & left, Perfect. We had an issue with ants recently, between scheduled treatment. Evergreen sent someone out to treat Pronto. The ants were gone faster than predicted, for No extra cost.

The Pest Control technician Dalton Emrich did an amazing job handling our roach problem. From the start, he was professional and thorough. When needed, he promptly contacted his manager, Zack, who listened patiently to our concerns, carefully identified the root cause, and ensured the issue was effectively addressed.
