They cancelled my first appt the day after making it because technician was overbooked, eh ok things happen. But then this ...White speckled spray covering everything.... absolutely everything! This was supposed to eliminate a job, instead it added hours of cleaning!

Overall they've done a great job especially Logan who helped me today. He was on time prepared and ready to rock. They treated my whole house again as a follow-up for free and are coming back in 2 weeks to check on it. Thanks Logan!! PS Logan should get a raise immediately!!

I was going to find another company to do my pest control. I was unable to go outside without fight wasps. This past monday i was stung 3 times. I was going to call and complain. I received a text stating my tech would be arriving today, so I decided to wait and speak with the tech face to face. Eric, came out this morning, and did exactly what he was supposed to do. I told him what problems we were having and when I say he went to work ..he went to work. He was so attentive to the details. He stood back and literally looked at my house and located large hornets nests, and wasp nests. He was very thorough. He removed the nests treated everywhere. He did an amazing job. Thank you Eric for everything.

I love that I get a tracking email so I know exactly when to expect my technician's arrival. Tom arrived promptly, asked if I had concerns and then did a great job. He killed a huge spider and took down the web, as well as treating the rest of the outside. Inside has been great and for the first time in years we have had a summer without chronic ants! I am very happy with Tom's service today and Evergreen!

We have not had a good experience and would NOT recommend working with this company. First of all- they came to the door and were quite pushy. We were told that the service included monthly pest treatments, plus we could call if there were still bugs. My husband asked very plainly about cancelling the service and we were told, explicitly, that we could cancel with no penalty if the services were not satisfactory (meaning the bugs were still there). We were told that services would be every 3 months, with extra services available by request, at no additional charge, if the services were not effective. The guy who did our first treatment told us that we may see an increase in bugs temporarily because the spray would draw the bugs out and then kill them. Two weeks after the first treatment, we had a HUGE amount of ants. I found 2 spots with ant eggs, as well as a long trail of them swarming around my kitchen. We reached out to Evergreen and were told the soonest time they could address this would be 9 business days- which I find to be completely unacceptable. After the second treatment, we saw no improvement. We still have ants and have also seen a few other bugs- which we have sent them pictures of. My husband reached out to cancel this service as it is OBVIOUSLY not effective. Now we are being told that we have to pay a penalty fee- even though we triple checked that this would not be the case. Customer service has been less than friendly, and at times unresponsive. This is a waste of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
