I had my house serviced today by Evergreen Pest Solutions with Jeffrey as my technician., I want to say that he was absolutely wonderful In everything he did. He was very attentive and respectful to me. He talked to me like he wasn’t even in a hurry. He noted everything that I wanted done and explained a lot of things to me about what he was going to be doing. He also tried to figure out why my phone wouldn’t accept phone calls. He worked on that for me but we did not come up with a solution, except that we might have to do emails instead of phone calls. Besides that, he was one of the best of the best! I could not have asked for a better gentleman to come to my home and do the service that he done for me. I would definitely recommend Jeffrey to service anyone’s home. Thank you, Jeffrey. I hope I get to have you as my technician the next time.!

So far, so good. We switched to Evergreen about 4 months ago after our other pest service dropped the ball big time. We have been very pleased thus far with the communication and customer service we have received. Especially from our tech, Breezy. She was super kind, polite, courteous and was able to work around our needs with a dog in the house as well as work from home accommodations.

The BEST Pest solutions ever. They are all professionals and listen to your concerns and develop a program which fits your needs. They are full of courtesy and the prices is right , and most of all they treat your home like if it was were own with respect. 5 stars all the way.

UPDATE: BAD SERVICE, BAD PRODUCE, BAD EVERYTHING!! I regret signing up with Evergreen. Their initial service was fine, but everything went downhill after that. If there's even a slight breeze or rain in the forecast (which, let’s be honest, is common during summer storms), they cancel or delay without notice. Twice, they skipped appointments because their fogger wasn’t working—no explanation, just marked the property as “serviced” and left. They returned two weeks later AFTER calling to ask for an explanation. The reality is that I spent half of the season without service. When they do show up, the service is minimal. They spray the product without covering fences, bushes, or grass. The treatment itself is ineffective—mosquitoes, ants, spiders… all worse than before. They claim unlimited service visits, but in reality, they don’t have availability. You’ll wait at least a week after requesting a follow-up. And the product simply doesn’t work. Worst of all, they lock you into an 18-month contract. I was told by the agent that if I moved, I could cancel without penalty—just call the office. That turned out to be a lie. They refused to honor that agreement. I’ve since canceled my account (they are going to say I don't have an active account with them now or something like this) and gone back to my previous provider. I strongly advise others to avoid Evergreen. Don’t fall for the promises. Don’t sign the contract. There are better, more reliable companies out there.

Terrible, just terrible company. Had a rep come to the door and sale it to us bc we were looking at the time. Guy told us there were no cancellation fees so we agreed. Service isn’t that great still had bugs after serviced, would call them to come back they come back at their convenience not when you need them. Also sometimes guys may not show up on schedule day to be serviced. So beware! Stay away!!!

So far, so good… they are punctual and professional. They give you an alert before they come. Shelby is the pest buster tech for today, she’s very professional, explain what she’s going to do and tecords a video to show us exactly what was dome. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you!

Jeffery did a great job. He was very thorough and got all the spider webs and egg sacs out of the eves. This is the first year that we haven’t had any issues with bugs at all. Very satisfying great job. Thank you!
