Michael was very professional and friendly. He explains everything very well and only does the work that is necessary (doesn't oversell). He came first to asses my crawl space, and the he was able to come back out about a week later. I love how he does the pest removal and also contract work for the crawl space, so no need to work with many people. Prices were very reasonable as well. We also signed up for on going pest service because we enjoyed working with him.

When your home is uninhabitable because of a skunk, you want experienced and knowledgeable help quickly. Evictor Pest got rid of all the rodents, living it up in my crawlspace. Michael meticulously inspected the foundation looking for rodent access points, then repaired the damaged screen vents and broken crawlspace door to keep those nasty rats out of my house.
