Mark was absolutely great! He introduced himself and informed me of the treatment every step of the way. He was very thorough with the service. Mark is funny and charismatic and enjoys his job. I've had pest control service before and I can't say enough good things about this business team. The gentleman who set up service was very detailed and patient with his time explaining and reassuring me, he was a great listener and addressed any and all of my concerns about what products they use and making sure my children and pets would be safe. They make sure you're home when they service the property, which is nice, and followed up with a live video letting me know what was done during their visit. The pricing is incredibly fair, and there are wonderful discounts for families like us who need this service.

Carter was great during my appointment today. He made sure to check in and ask if I’m having any current pest problems prior to servicing my home. He then explained what he was going to do and came back a short time later to confirm the service was completed.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company so far. From the salesperson who knocked on my door, who was genuinely friendly and took time to talk through options, to the techs that have come out each time. They’ve been quick, thorough, courteous and communicative. Even calling in… they missed my call, I got a text apologizing and they called back before I even had the chance to respond. Kevin came out today and was very cool about not talking rodents in front of my wife so I wouldn’t have to move haha. Great job and seemingly great at team-building - keep it up!

Brian was great. Friendly, professional, clean, and really quick although a thorough job!! Evo has been great for us so far and the techs that have come always listened to our concerns and seem to go the extra mile for exceptional service! Keep it up Evo!. Ezra provided excellent service and left us FaceTime video and told us exactly what he treated at our house today and told us that we should water in the granules he put in the yard if it doesn’t rain within the next 10 days. He was polite, friendly and personable. We have never had a service tech like him. He is a test employee and you should hang on to him.

I got a quote from another pest control company and they only want $40 at the time of service and you don’t have to be on a membership. The guy who sprayed my house was super nice and I hope the best for him, but other than that I want to wash my hands of this over-priced “service”.
