We are Excel customers for a couple of years already. We love the service and really appreciate great product. We can sit in our backyard any time without mosquitos interfering with our time. Important! We wrote in the past about their great technicians but this time we want to personally thank a person at the customer service desk. Allison! Allison is the one who picks up the phone and handles your inquiries and concerns.... Allison was the one who we happened to get most of the time and let us say how grateful we are to her service. Allison is always there to offer the best solution to your concern. She does so in a pleasant manner and we really feel that she cares and wants us to be happy with the service. Allison is the "face" of the company and it is very important to have that kind of a gem working for Excel. There were times that we were frustrated with one thing or another.... Allison corrected it right away. That is one of the greatest important reasons why we stay with Excel. We pay good money but we get excellent service! Armand is efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer my questions and make extra effort to show me how to identify signs of mice I may not have known or noticed. He also made an effort to inspect areas not showing obvious signs of mice (including pulling out a small wine fridge from the kitchen island and and putting it back in place afterward). As a non expert and also someone who lives alone I appreciated his effort and the education based on his expertise. Would fully recommend Excel for pricing, service, and especially because of my positive experience with Armand making a pointed effort to go above and beyond .

Armand came to see my family for a rodent issue and was able to identify a few possible entry spots, explained the plan and got it done efficiently. After those areas were sealed by him we haven’t seen any since. Respectful & Professional. Highly Recommend!
