I use Exodus for maintenance on my house. Spring summer fall services. All of a sudden I got carpenter ants. They responded quickly to get service to me. Thankfully, Andy, was the polite and respectful person that came to my house. He has been here twice, attacking the issue. He made me feel better that all would ok, and explained the process to get rid of the ants. As you can imagine, it’s horrible to have inspects in your house! Andy is great and represents the company so well, I’m lucky to have him helping me and he is very comfortable to have in my home.

I went with two stars because their techs have been excellent for me. However, the front office dictates when they will be there, even if you need to show them where the problem is. They did not care what my schedule was like. They also did not honor their guarantee. I had a seasonal spraying in April, a pest problem in June, and they wanted to charge me for another spraying. And they rescheduled my appointment twice, continually trying to push it out two weeks even though I had an active problem. When I asked to speak with a manager the morning of the second rescheduling, they did not call back. I understand they are busy this time of year...but so are their customers, and we have urgent problems that should be dealt with urgently. I changed to another local company. They charge more, but were here in about 24 hours. Service matters. Again, the techs are great. The office is unacceptable.

I have been using Exodus Exterminating for several years. My experience is that they are efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. So recently, I had delayed one of my usual exterminating house appointments because other work crews were scheduled throughout the summer. Then a few weeks ago, I called their office late in the day for an urgent treatment for bees. I received an immediate call back and was quickly added to the schedule. Bottom line, this team is responsive!

I called Exodus on 8/19/25, explaining i had bees break through my bedroom ceiling. The woman who answered the phone was very professional. She said she would get a technician out as soon as possible. Within 2 hours a technician came out. My major complaint was the young man smelled of Marijuana from the minute he arrived. He came and sprayed the entry point and outside. I did call and spoke with a manager after he left, explaining how unprofessional. The manager informed it would be addressed. This young man was driving a company vehicle as well. Not sure I would use this company again.

Great job! Price was reasonable and technician was very knowledgeable! She explained the whole process including how to make sure my dogs wouldn’t be exposed to chemicals or angry wasps!

Exodus has been an excellent partner and support in tackling the rodent and ant problem in and around our property. I fully recommend their services to anyone. They have friendly and responsive staff that is always available and are excellent at explaining what and why it is happening! Let's face it, no one likes rodent problems!

Did a whole house assessment trying to find the entrance for mice that had gotten into my ceiling (I do not have an attic and no ceiling entrance points from inside) Tech did not go onto the roof, only assessed from the ground, so couldn’t tell me if there were any gaps in my dormers/siding/vents/roof where rodents could get in. I knew there were entrance points somewhere because they are obvious mice sounds coming from my ceiling. A few days later I went onto the roof myself and found problem areas on the dormers that would make easy mice entrances. Only doing ground assessments won’t give you the full story (obviously) so of course he missed the holes. After that I felt the tech didn’t assess the home well so I did a check myself. Tech also didn’t notice major holes (and I mean big) in my foundation around my garage, but he did notice the mouse droppings all around so he had to have had a hunch. 2 stars because he did at least investigated, but overall a waste of my money because I found the entrance points and am handling them myself.

It was a family experience, call before he came, we talked about everything beforehand when he had arrived, did my downstairs my garage and sprayed all around the outside, I had noticed on his own he did around my two sheds, which I appreciate it. When the he was done, he knocked my door very politely said the job was done , He asked if I had any other questions. I had a feeling We are in good hands with exodus thank you
