Update - Expert Pest will not reach out or try to make anything better. They have denied responsibility of any wrongdoing, despite the words of their own production manager, Eric, and three roofing companies (Royalty, JBL, And Brad’s) all attesting that the roof was incorrectly penetrated by screws. Why offer to fix a roof when you are not able to do it correctly, or train your associates to do it correctly? We simply want this small section brand new roof fixed, and they refuse. Please be wary of this company doing anything beyond planting bait. Will not use or recommend again. Evaluation and pest mitigation went well. When adding pest barriers on our brand new roof, they drilled holes and put screws directly in to the shingles. We now have to have our roof repaired. Please be aware of the types of repairs if you are having them do anything on a rooftop.

Called on Tuesday for bees in the basement of my rental. Scheduled me for Wednesday between 2:30-4:30. Arrived at 3:25. Decided to have my house and the rental sprayed because I had trouble last year but not this year yet. Took about 20 minutes for the outside of both and then went in to spray the basement. My sister had used them and was very pleased with their work and gave me their name. Shane was very polite and professional. Would use them again.

Great friendly service. Michael the service man is knowledgeable and professional He kept me apprised of the service he was conducting and the product they were using. I haven't really had any problems with pests since using them. I do recommend this company if you're looking for reliable service with safe kid and pet friendly products that work.

It was a pleasure to meet Will today, and I can attest to the fact that he did a highly professional and thorough job treating both the interior and the exterior of the house. We also had a number of interesting conversations about his interest in insects and mammals and the satisfaction he derives from his work, and he passed along to me a couple of interesting facts that I was pleased to learn.
