Wow! And wow again! Dana in the office took my request. She was very polite and professional. They happened to have an opening that same day. Within 5 hours, a professionally dressed Joe arrived. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed my situation and clearly explained how he was going to eliminate the wasps. I also pointed out another area that was a potential wasp nest. He agreed and immediately told me what the cost would be for the additional nest. They charged me $159 for two spots. I called Boo’s Bug Stoppers earlier. They quoted me $330 and couldn’t come out for a week and the $330 didn’t include the addition nest. Upon completion, Joe reviewed everything he had done and had explained what to look for over the next 10 days. Again, they did a great job, but of course I still have to make sure the wasps are gone after the 10 day period. I trust that they did a great job.

Solomon and Chris came by and did a terrific job of removing the spiderwebs, wasp, nests, and treated my landscaping thoroughly for ants. They were courteous and professional. I appreciate their help very much.

Polite, on time and thorough! I have had two different people treat my home over the past two years from Expert Pest Management and both were very professional. One of the fellows had a neighbor of mine giving him a hard time about the chemicals used not knowing it was very safe for the environment. He was very patient with her interaction and maintained his professional demeanor.

The technician James was very punctual and polite. He explained what he was doing and why. James has been my technician for several visits. I really appreciate the good service. He is from the Canton office, but the post error says Pittsburgh.
