We called Expert Pest Solutions to help rid us of the spiders we were seeing. They were very responsive and prompt. Once onsite they were very thorough. We called them back for a second treatment and they were crazy fast in scheduling an appointment and showed up on time. Since the second treatment we haven’t seen a single spider. We will continue to use Expert Pest Solutions for any of our pest control needs.

Brian showed up on the scheduled day on time and thoroughly explained the problem, plan for treatment, and cost. He was not a pushy salesman at all. We received several quotes and their price was competitive. The weather did not cooperate and initial treatment had to be rescheduled. Paige called apologizing and quickly rescheduled us for the next week. Brian and his other technician showed up on time on the rescheduled day, applied the treatment in a timely manner, and left everything as tidy as can be. I call that good customer service!
