3 years ago we had rats in our attic and contacted Expest to take care of it and they did a phenomenal job. We have maintained our maintenance agreement with them just in case they were able to figure out how to get in again. Well 3 years later we found a dead rat in one of the traps Expest put in our attic so we called them this morning and they arrived this afternoon and found where they had chewed along our AC line. Expest fixed it and hopefully we can go another 3 years or more before they find a different way in. The guys are super friendly and reliable. I highly recommend using them for whatever needs you may have. They do a fantastic job!!

We had excellent service! I called them because we had a hole in the side of our house and a young man came out to inspect if a critter was in there. Once he determined it was clear he offered to patch up the hole with wire. I told him I would do it myself, and then quickly changed my mind when I realized what a pain it would be. He was very friendly and accommodating and super reasonable and fast

A very well done inspection by Bill. Very thorough. Gave a sketch, photos, and written documentation of everything he noticed or saw. When hearing about the estimate for the work, I was stunned in a very good way. Other providers would cost double to quadruple the price. I highly recommend this company if you need anything extermination services.
