I could not be happier with my experience with Extermital. This morning, I submitted an estimate request, and by early afternoon I received a call from CHARLES. He was really nice, informative, sympathetic, and even offered to come out to my house TODAY! He and ROGER were 100% professional, did a thorough walk-around my property, recommended a treatment plan with an estimate (which was VERY reasonable), and then proceeded to do the work while they were there (saving me the trouble of scheduling for another day). They spread granules (which had been explained to me by Charles that there is a minimal efficacy pesticide on them, so they would not harm my dogs, but did suggest where I could put up temporary fencing just in case I wanted to extra-protect my pups), and they sprayed around the perimeter and windows of my house. All in about 30 minutes. All the while, they both were pleasant and treated me with respect. I will ABSOLUTELY call Extermital again for carpenter ants or termites or any other pest control issues I need resolved. They're fantastic to work with.
