Larry and his employees are really great fellas. I had a pretty atrocious bat issue where apparently bat bugs were falling into our house through our roof because of the bats nesting above. Horrified, and thinking this is about to cost me a fortune just to not have parasites and guano dropping on my face while I sleep, I started looking into pest companies. Right off the whip Larry and his boys were super nice, professional, and most importantly, prompt. He came out and assessed everything and made a date the following week to aid in my pest problems (carpenter bees, bats, and bat bugs). They were all very quick, efficient, informative, and professional. Not too mention, he made quite the trek to get to my place. This was a big job, not your everyday bats pooping on your face pest job. He spent a few hours here and gave me a more than fair price for the work. You can tell he's really thinking about both sides, running a business but not taking advantage of the customer. Let's be real, this is a market that can be easily manipulated to price gouge because no one wants to live with blood sucker's. This company is straight foward, fast, and 100% fair in pricing. Not only professional and efficient, but genuinely all really good people over there.

I haven't personally used the services of extreme pest and termite LLC, but I had the incredible experience of witnessing the owner's kindness firsthand. Larry, the owner, went above and beyond to assist me and my family in a search for my father and his fishing buddy in a terrible boating accident. Larry drove over an hour to bring his personal boat and spent entire days on the water. Despite not knowing me or my family, he selflessly offered his help purely out of the kindness of his heart. Larry's generosity and willingness to help a stranger in need left a profound impression on me. Based on this extraordinary act of kindness, I have no doubt that his services are top-notch.
