I've been using Facility Pest control for years now, they are the 3rd bug company I have tried since moving to Northridge and they've been doing a great job, in large part to Scott who makes the majority of my service calls. He's just an overall nice guy with a calm, patient attitude, easy to talk to and communicate with. He's always professional and it's good to like/trust the guy walking around your home and in your house. While we've had Scott for 90% of our services, any tech they have sent out has always been on-time for the scheduled service window, and they do a thorough job of spraying my property and setting traps as needed. We get hit with a lot of black widows and water bugs, and it's great to be rid of them after they spray. We also used to get rats now and again, but I haven't had any issues in over a year now that they've laid down deterrents for them! So if you need a bug company for pest control, give Facility and Scott a shot - you won't be disappointed!
