I called Faro Pest Control two weeks again and they were able to get scheduled the very next week for a yellow jacket nest extermination. Their communication and honesty set them apart from all the other companies I contacted. Other companies immediately were trying to push me into signing up for plans and monthly payments to continue treatment. What set Faro apart was they just focused on my issue and it never felt gimmicky. The day we originally scheduled was rained out and they quickly communicated with me and setup another appointment for the same week. Bryan was my expert and he super respectful and knowledgeable. The service itself took no more than 20 minutes. What I appreciated the most was the clear communication on process and expectations from Bryan. We were experiencing yellow jackets in our house over a period of a few weeks and despite another pest control company performing multiple services, the condition kept getting worse. During a particularly bad flair up on a Saturday morning I contacted Joshua and Faro Pest Control. Joshua was able to fit us in that very afternoon and spent hours that afternoon into the early evening (on a Saturday!) performing a thorough inspection of our home and treating our home for yellow jackets. He took the time to answer any questions that I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was evident that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but it was his level of care and his clear investment in resolving the issue that really made an impression on me. The initial visit was successful, but he scheduled a follow up visit with us for a few days later to check up on the status and address any lingering issues. I was so pleased with the result and Joshua's level of service and professionalism, that I signed up for their annual service to be proactive and prevent issues in the future.

Josh from Faro Pest Control was extremely thorough during his inspection. He quickly determined that the bees weren’t nesting, just feeding off a nearby plant. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or push any unnecessary treatments.
