I rarely write reviews, but Fast Service Extermination has earned this one. I had an annual plan with them and used their treatments exactly as needed — the contract had no limits on service calls. Despite that, they refused to renew my annual plan because, according to them, I “called too many times.” Isn’t that the point of having a pest control service — to actually come when there’s a problem? As if that wasn’t bad enough, a few weeks later, I got a phishing message from someone pretending to be the company asking for my information. Then the company sent another message claiming they’d been hacked and to ignore it. If they can’t protect their customers’ data or communicate securely, that’s a huge red flag. Between their poor customer service, shady renewal policy, and obvious security issues, this company is a complete mess. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe. Save yourself the headache and choose literally any other exterminator. This is in response to Dennis, saying he can't find my name in their universe of customers because Fast Service serviced my parents' home. When you pay for a service and is promised treatment for that services for years to come, and the offer does not uphold, it does not look good for your business. As I've spoken to you regarding this, we came to an agreement that I signed an annual servicing plan, but you neglected our home because the treatment that YOU provided wasn't working to treat our termite infestation. So we had to get it treated again, and after you wouldn't allow us to renew said plan in our agreement. That's as shady as it gets coming from the "president" of Fast Service. 0/10 would not recommend. Especially paying hundreds, to get neglected and left in the dark. They silently never sent us a renewal plan, so if we wanted to get it re-treated, we'd have to dish out several hundred dollars to get that "initial treatment" again. SMH, look elsewhere for your services, this place is not it.

Its true! Fast service and great price. Mr JD went out to a home my family and i were in the process of purchasing and completed all treatments prior to closing. The report was well written where my wife and i clearly understood our options and current termite issues. We purchased the premium service and opted in for the warranty! :)

We have used Fast Service Exterminating for about 9 years. We have worked with Dave, and who I have called about any issues I have found. He is very responsive and able to schedule an appointment time right away. He looks for the best way to treat the termite affected area with the minimum amount of exterior disruption. One treatment is all it takes to resolve the termite activity. We also had a whole house treatment (outside) that he took care of promptly and matched the hole repair colors pretty close to the surrounding areas. Fast Service came out the very day I called, and our technician JD was amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The scorpions are gone, and I finally feel safe in my own home.
