We really appreciate how easy it has been to work with Haley's Pest Control. We are in the middle of three home projects, two large, and this one being small. Pete Haley has helped us keep our frustration low by just fixing the issue and being on his way. I decided to contact Haley Pest Control at the advice of the NextDoor app. We have lived in this home for about three years. We have had sproradic ant issues during the spring and summer months. I had just treated them with ant spray and bait traps. This year, the ant issue became such a problem they grew wings. They were nocturnal, coming in swarms out of seemingly nowhere, and they LOVED the light. We weren't sure exactly what they were and feared termites or carpenter ants. We were unable to turn on any lights in the house after dusk and we decided it was time to call in a professional. Pete Haley came out the first time and did the first treatment. He had great suggestions about what we should do to ensure it does not continue to be an issue. He also pointed out some other potential things we have neglected outside that could cause a different pest problem. We definitely knew we needed to get this taken care of, but his advice will ensure we get it taken care of more quickly. Pete explained the winged ones were the queens - odorous house ants. We hadn't been told about how much the bill might be until the end. We were very surprised about how affordable it was. I will ensure to use Haley's Pest Control in the event we start to see ants again - get them under control before they grow wings. :) I also want to mention, please read the one star reviews on here before deciding to rule this company out. Those people did not even get service from the Haley family and their reviews are unfair.

Love the service Haley Pest Control gives. I don't live in Lawrence and am always pleased with how my daughters are treated by the staff spraying our apartment, and how Joanie treats me for billing. Joanie has help in her office when she must be away and that help works very hard to get questions answered.

Left a message last week stating I was in need of an exterminator....no call back yet. This is the third exterminator I have called in Lawrence...and not ONE has called me. Does nobody need the business? Awful to treat a perspective new customer like that!

Who sends people door to door in 2018? This is ridiculous. Then to do so on the hottest day of the year with explicit warnings to stay inside?! Ludicrous! Your company is terrible! I feel sorry for the person who obviously needs the paycheck and had to do this. I don’t feel sorry for firmly telling a stranger “no, thank you “ and abruptly closing my door. Stop it.

When I had cockroaches in my basement these guys came to the rescue and I have no problems now. Thank you!
