Eben and his team are terrific. He “bat proofed” my home BEFORE there was an issue and guaranteed I would never have bats as result of his work. I’ll hold you to it Eben! Feather Fighters were in my neighborhood putting together a quote one day as we were about to go out for dinner. I took a chance and asked him if he could quote my home as well. Not only did he quote my home but also did the work THAT SAME DAY!! Clearly Eben and his team make the effort to satisfy their customers! Highly recommend him and his company!!!

We contacted Feather Fighters and several others after seeing bats in our neighborhood near home. Eben was by far the most thorough and educational when he presented options and proposals. We used Feather Fighters to make the roofline bat resistant. And during his inspection, he pointed out foundation breaches and possible rodent entry points that should be addressed. I was immediately disappointed in the company that provides our quarterly pest inspections and annual termite inspections because they never pointed out these breaches that could not be casually seen. We also went with remedying the foundation recommendations because we don’t have time or patience for rodents. Eben was also very thorough and educational when explaining the differences between scope and materials. And he’s punctual so you dont have to worry about him not returning or avoiding your calls. He even does follow-ups as needed or requested. A TRUE professional and the only team I will contact for future needs. I wish most all other contractors and service providers were as professional and reliable.
