    Representative did not make it clear that this was a year long contract, and instead emphasized the per quarter price as the main selling point. After unsatisfactory service, they did not allow any cancellations whatsoever. This is partly my fault for trusting someone who seemed to be a genuine representative by signing on the spot; however, this was very underhanded on the company's part to not allow any form of cancellation once a contract was signed while not properly making it clear that I am signing up for a year of payments. The overall service felt very inattentive. Even though I separated the furniture from the walls to give the technician room to spray, the technician still sprayed my furniture with chemicals (leaving a very sticky and hard to clean residue). When calling to attempt to cancel, was informed that there is no avenue of proper feedback or any way to cancel further services (I would be charged no matter what). I think this experience says all there is to say about this company's priorities.

    Shane came out to help me with a nest of yellow jackets that had built a nest in the overhang in my house, as well as spraying my house for spiders. He was very nice, he explained what he was going to do before he started treating. He explained that if I had any issues before they stop by the next time to call. He was respectful while treating not only the outside but the inside of my home. I also want to mention that when I called to schedule, the person who answered my call was very helpful on the phone explaining their services and answering my questions. I am very glad I called, the experience so far has been great.

    I was new to Madison, and hired Fenix to spray my home while it was empty. I was told to get a good price that I had to use them 2 times which I did. I had really only wanted to use them once. I was unhappy right away as they sprayed my newly painted walls. I was told the spray wouldn’t stain, but it did. Since I had used them the 2 times, I was done with them. Lo and behold, I got scheduled for a third time, and when I called to cancel, they said it was what I agreed to. No way would I have agreed to three times! They said they recorded all phone conversations, but could not find mine. Interesting. I had to pay a cancellation fee of $125 to get rid of them. Of course, they said, it was all my fault as it was in the contract to use them the three times. Why did the manager give me contrary information to the contract? It should have been one and the same! I read others have had an experience like this with Fenix. They say it is because the users hadn’t read there contracts. For me, it seems more of a bait and switch situation. I highly recommend that this company should be avoided.

    Jerlito Weathers was very good. Friendly & kind. He was the best service man we have ever had. We had a different company and the past and I really like Fenix Pest Control.

    Our technician, Kyler Tickle, arrived on time and went to work immediately cleaning the exterior and then treating it. Did a thorough job and then explained what he had done and if we had any other concerns. Kyler is very smiley and a friendly young man. We’re very happy with his service.

    I had a life-changing event and needed to cancel my service. I'm not under contract. However, because I did not schedule my life-changing event more than 30 days prior to my next appointment, I cannot cancel. They offered to defer service to a later date. What this says to me is that they are more concerned with securing that last service than with building a lasting customer. This company really knows how to take advantage of you when you're down. Also, be wary of the reviews on this page. They have such a good rating because they give you a discount after the first service for writing a review here. People are writing good reviews for money and not after they have had enough time with the company to know the pros and cons.

    Company did not make it clear at all that this was a year long contract. Since service was for our lake house which we do not use most of the fall, winter and spring months, we never would have agreed to a year long contract. Instead they emphasized the per quarter price and flexibility to schedule as the main selling points. We supposedly have had 3 services so far and only once were we available for them to treat the inside which is what we wanted the service for. Now we are stuck for October, January and April services which will only be outside and which we have found to be very ineffective. This is partly our fault for trusting someone who seemed to be a genuine representative by signing on the spot; however, this was very underhanded on the company's part to not allow any form of cancellation once a contract was signed while not properly making it clear that we were signing up for a year of payments. Finally, we contacted Fenix initially because of a mice problem. All our technician did to address the mice problem was to leave some black mice trap baits (which I found a pack of 12 at Menards for around $5.00). We are extremely unsatisfied with Fenix. The Pest Control Company we use at our primary residence is a zillion times better regarding both customer service and effective treatment. So beware of using Fenix!!

    Always so friendly and Jerlito was very nice to show me what they look for when it comes to moles, voles and mice and explain to me how their traps work! That knowledge Gave me a lot of sense of security and comfort that they were taking care of these critters! I think pricing is very reasonable!! And it’s as simple as calling them about an issue and them sending someone out quickly. I called about a potential mole problem and they sent someone the following week and added an extra treatment for other bugs I was noticing for no extra cost! Any extra cost they are transparent about upfront. For example, they told be that the inspection for moles was free but if they had to treat the problem then there would be extra x amount of money added to my installments until the problem was fixed then it would drop off.
