I highly recommend Fenix Pest Control, Inc. because of their thoroughness in addressing pest control and maintenance. Their staff is personable, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. My most recent technician, Michael, was outstanding. For having a larger residence, Michael still took the time to cover every area that needed to be addressed, and he was flexible enough to work around all of my four dogs. I really appreciate their communication and excellent service.

** BUYER BEWARE ** I don't normally leave reviews but feel compelled to do so you don't get taken advantage of like I did. Fenix Pest Control shows 500+ reviews at first glance but scan through and you'll see a bunch of true 1 star reviews. It appears they are hiring a outside company to boost there reviews. They seek out high end sub divisions and send people door to door like they did to us. Salesman shows up and offers a one time treatment for $99, so I said sure why not. Told him I would not however sign any type of a long term agreement. He said I need you to sign here for the one time treatment and then you can decide from there how we did and if you would like to move forward. Literally wouldn't leave my front door until I signed his small device so I did. Then a month later I get a bunch of texts and emails about my upcoming reoccurring treatment. Called the office in Appleton to find out it's a 12 month agreement which I stated was not how it was presented to me. In the fine print which I attached to this review its says you have to cancel in 3 days of initial signed agreement which is a joke and doubt that holds up in court. Asked to cancel effective immediately and sales rep stated if I cancelled they charge 80% of the 12 month contract and if I didn't pay them would turn over to a collections company. I cancelled and instantly got a email stating I owe $443.80. Pretty fraudulent way to operate and run a business, but thankful for a nest doorbell camera as I will not be paying this. Next step is to contact better business bureau. Do yourself a favor if these people target you, simply say thanks but no thanks.

This was our first appointment with Fenix. The technician Michael called in advance to confirm his arrival time. He asked good questions, explained what he would do, and worked efficiently. We had signed up for quarterly service visits and he mentioned several times if there were any issues between visits they would be taken care of with no additional charge as part of our plan. Michael was very pleasant and a good communicator.

We are into our second year with Fenix, very happy with the service and value. Micah stopped by for a free reservice our home as they didn’t have access to the interior during their previous visit. Micah did a great job. I appreciated his heads-up call and his prompt arrival and service completion within the service window. He was very thorough and professional, covered everything I wanted done and we had a great chat while he worked. He also saved me a trip to the hardware store by caulking a gap around my gas service entry! I have the utmost confidence in his service on my home. Thank you, Micah! -Michael
