First time using Fenn for termites. They had the best availability, while others couldn't see us for days or weeks or never even got back to us. While Fenn had great communication from everyone involved and great service.

I cannot recommend Fenn enough. When I called and spoke with Sarah, she was so kind and thorough walking me through all of the options, necessary prep, and getting someone out for an inspection quickly. She called me back to let me know that someone was available to come inspect even sooner than anticipated. The pricing and ongoing contract pricing and benefits are a great deal. Juan came to do my inspection, he is incredible. I was so stressed having bugs in my home and he was extremely thorough and helped me remain calm by educating me on the steps to take and just his calming presence was very helpful.

Very happy with Fenn! We had a terrible ant infestation with daily home invasions. Drew responded to the quote request within the hour. The pricing is affordable and on par with services rendered. The tech, David was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to prepare the house for treatment. We look forward to working with Fenn and David for our future pest control needs.

I have used Fenn for years, and the technicians have always been very good. Lately, though, I can't seem to keep the same technician. I have monthly service at my house and a rental and about every third month it seems like the tech is changed to a new area. Every time that happens, I have to go over and make sure it is understood what needs to be addressed. It seems like there is a communication issue, too, between the office and the technicians. Also, one of the techs, (and he was my fave but, again, he was transferred after two or three times), broke the top part of the rental gate. He told the manager but I never heard from the manager about that. When I say I have used them for years, that is when Stan Fenn was working and their tiny office was on Lemon. Maybe they are getting too big and customer service is a little problematic?

Scheduling is the biggest issue at Fenn. I don’t understand why they can’t make a schedule a week in advance and actually stick to it. That way the customer could actually make a plan as to when to prep and when to vacate. Also in my case I was told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and then he called in the morning saying he was on the way for our schedule appointment. We were not finished with the prep and we were not ready to vacate by the time the technician arrived However the technician whose name is George was very obliging and very pleasant to deal with. He waited for us to finish before he started his work. One week later we had follow up treatment. Tech arrived as scheduled this time. However, we re-entered after 4 hour vacate to discover puddles of liquid on floor and boot prints throughout the house. I called Sat evening and left message for the manager Bernard. It is now Tues 10 am and I haven’t heard from him

I contacted them around 10:00 a.m., and just two hours later, their team arrived fully equipped with everything needed to tackle the problem. Absolutely five stars for their quick response and efficiency!
