Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have used this company for the past eight years. Not sure what happened, but the new person is terrible. All he wanted to do was argue He broke my yard ornament by dragging his hose across the yard hitting planters and in the pool. Inside spraying was in the bathroom only. He went outside and inside and outside. He told me to spray Dawn dish soap around my house with peppermint oil to keep wasps away. I said, That is why I pay you.' He treated his equipment like he did my home and yard The hose was a tangled mess. When I called to have a conversation, I was scolded and said they haven't raised my prices in a long time. (There was an extra charge for something I hadn't been charged for prior) I don't have a problem with that, but give me a heads up and don't send an immature unprofessional jerk to my house. This is not a chip! You have lost me as a long standing customer.
