We had used Firehouse Pest Control at our former residence and were very happy with a quick response to our needs as well as a great outcome. Now at our new home Jonah came and did our initial treatment. I’m so glad he did our drains as well. He is a very courteous man and made sure I understood the sequencing that would take place over the year of service. My husband and I will recommend this company to anyone needing a wide range of pest control.

Edit - Colten and Michael both reached out to me and were very apologetic. I think we all agreed the proper response would have been "Can we reschedule?" and had they done that from the start I would not have been upset. I think it was an opportunity for training on their end so to speak. And that being said Michael did come out and he was great. He was very thorough in his inspection around the house and yard and explained how termites work and the best treatment plan if needed. Thankfully it doesn't seem to be a huge worry right now. The quote was much more reasonable and I'm definitely going to consider using them if I see more activity. Michael was very nice, a pleasure to chat with and was even kind enough to ask if I needed help with anything as I've recently injured my back. He's a top notch guy. Fingers crossed for myself I don't need to treat, but will definitely use them should it become necessary. I scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out for a free inspection and quote. Instead I get a text when the tech was supposed to show up saying he "couldn't make it" but instead had emailed me a "quote." Please explain how you can give an accurate quote without even having LOOKED FIRST?!? Not to mention it was a $1,000 quote for termite treatment when I had told them there was nothing in my house and only a small dead palm tree that I thought *might* have termites.

Colten came out to quote us for termites and other pest control services. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We signed up for bi-monthly services with them and we are excited for a pest free house. The whole process was quick and easy. Thanks Colten!

When I called for a termite inspection and estimate for treatment Melissa at Firehouse Pets was so communicative and knowledgeable. This was followed by Michael’s visit the next day for an inspection. He explained everything, inspected the house and concurred I had termites. I am going to get other estimates but I cannot imagine any better service which would far outweigh any small differences in price. I appreciate the kindness and personal consideration by both Melissa and Michael.

Our technician Chris, was excellent! Great communication. He took care of an ant issue that we were unaware of. We appreciated his attention to detail and pleasant interaction. We highly recommend Firehouse Pest Control.

It’s that time of year. Our tech Cullen during a routine service call was definitely paying attention. He noticed a termite tube, let us know right away. We were able to get the issue addressed same day. Great job! Great service!

I called about a termite problem. They came out the very next day and did an inspection and gave me a clear explanation of what I needed to have done. They gave me the quote and we set up an appointment to have the service done. I was happy with the price quoted and relieved to have a plan of action. Michael visited our new home and inspected both the house and barn. His knowledge was quite comprehensive, he completely and understandably answered the many questions I had, and explained the services Firehouse would provide and the costs.
