Wow Wow Wow! Is the best way to describe this team. They were professional and very kind. They treated my home like theirs and their work shows it. Right from the very beginning Taylor Golka answered all my questions. Every time I called to follow up he returned my call and answered all my questions promptly. When it was time to order the Carpet, I was advised that the warehouse was not open on weekends. Bill originally was going to open just for me early on a Saturday morning. Then he called me back and said that he had to come out to my home for measurements anyways so he brought the samples to me. WOW WOW WOW. That not only saved me a trip to Sudbury where I would have to get my kids in the car but saved me soooo much time. Then the team that did the demo and Prep. George and Jeff. You were both very kind and professional. You answered all my questions and did an absolutely amazing job with my reno. If you are considering a company for your insurance claim renos, 10000000% I recommend this team. Thank you all so much for your professional service and care to details. We came back home after being away for a few days to a huge mess. The fridge line water supply line busted and literally flooded 90% of our home and we knew this was going to be a huge job. We contacted our insurance and they recommended first general to do the clean up and the Reno. I never leave reviews but we were so impressed with them and how organized , punctual, clean and professional the team was that I have to speak up The’ve been done now for a week and we are simply blown away on the quality of work as it’s better when it was when the home was new in 2009 and I’m picky. We got so use to George and his team being at our place for a few months and we kinda miss them lol. If you ever need a restoration company to bring your home back to life don’t hesitate ask for first general to come take care of you.
