Dan came out to the home I am in the process of buying to do an insect and termite inspection before I completed purchasing my new home. As a first time home buyer, not knowing many of the things about a home and what problems I should be looking for he was really great about letting me know what to look for and how to prevent any future issues. Dan has done pest services at my parents and my grandparents for many years and all of my family has had nothing but a great experience with his company. Hired Flaggs Pest Control to service rental property with problem tenant. This was in September for flying ants. He wanted to spray inside and out. After doing the outside we were going inside to spray when the tenants refused to let us in to spray. The owner Dan said it was no problem and when it became to call. Well I ended up evicting the tenants on November 28th. They destroyed the house and it took 2 months to get it back on the market. I called Dan back and asked if he would spray the interior like he said. He said he would charge me 135 instead of the 159. I asked him why are you charging me when you said you would do it for free. He said it's been too long. I asked him, what about your word and standing behind it. If you do business with Dan the owner, get everything in writing. He can't be taken for his word !!!

Used this service for ant control. Took a while to come out, but he sprayed for ants. Was told if they came back in a week he'd be out to respray Within a week my kitchen has had an Ant problem. Over a month of phone tag and no response. Keeps saying he'll come Tuesday and keeps canceling for a variety of reasons. Tried to resolve this before negative review but at this point no hope of this. Will be using another service
