Since the day I started using Flatline there has never been an issue. Communication is always clear, wait time is never long and they don’t give you giant time windows for service. The technicians are very pleasant. John was my latest tech and he was extremely informative, attentive and nice which is always refreshing. Love doing business with them. 100% recommend.

Great group of people to work with. Called Wednesday and they were able to come out Monday for a free consultation. Technician arrived in the 1 hour window as promised. He was able to diagnose and treat for carpenter ants within 20 minutes. Was honest about termite possibility - and determined what he saw was in fact not termites after all - and provided a quote for future reference. Very pleased and would definitely call them again.

I had a fantastic experience with the Flatline. The team was very accommodating and got us scheduled same day. Our Tech was great with our dogs, made my family comfortable during their visit and since then the only bugs we have seen have been belly up. I would highly recommend this company.
