We had a squirrel issue in our attic. Jason, with Flex Pest Control took care of the issue quickly and thoroughly. From inspection to the extraction of the live traps, we are 100% satisfied with their service.

Flex Pest Control is the best of their kind I have ever used. Moved from San Antonio early June 25 and obtained their service right off. They are prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and it is clear they are about client service and will do whatever is needed to rid property of pests. You would be hard pressed to find a better firm! Most importantly NO PESTS!

I moved into a new home and started using Flex Pest Control. Time will tell how effective their pest control treatments are, but the initial service that Sebastian provided today was professional and thorough, including finding and removing a wasp nest. He was also transparent about the extensive treatments provided in various areas of the house and yard, and also provided a full list of products used and their concentrations.

We've been with Flex since 2023 and I can't say enough good things about them! They've worked with us through all our address changes and different pest needs, and never said "we can't do that for you". They always let me know when they'll be stopping by and give me an update on what was done that day. Always friendly, polite, and professional, and always do the job right the first time. We’ve been with Flex Pest for over a year. They’ve been great. If we ever have an issue before our quarterly treatment, they come out no problem and no charge to respray. Super friendly staff.

Made the mistake of signing up with them for an 18 month contract, now we cannot get them to stop billing us. Service was sporadic, some months we were scheduled and cancelled and still billed until we fought for a refund which happened several times over the contracted time frame. UPDATED the company reached out to me admitted that mistakes were made and owned every one of them. While they cannot be undone I have to give them a huge amount of respect for owning the mistakes and doing right by them. Most companies wouldn’t ever own up to their mistakes and credit where credit is due, the owners of this company have more integrity than the majority of companies you will do business with

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. The service I received from this pest control company was extremely poor. They were unresponsive to messages, arrived late without notice, and did not seem knowledgeable about the issue I was dealing with. To make matters worse, the treatment they provided didn’t work, and I had to call another company to fix the problem properly. When I reached out to express my concerns, the owner was dismissive and rude, offering no real solution or accountability. Overall, this was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional pest control.
